How long will it take me to receive my order?
If the banner says "In Stock" then in most cases your order will ship within 48 hours. If the product page says "MTO" (made to order) it can take up to 4 weeks to ship your order however, most "MTO" orders will ship within 2-3 weeks.
How can I track my order?
Your order goes through four stages: Order > Production > Quality > Shipped. We will notify you when your order has moved through each stage and the allotted time in which it should be in each stage. You will be provided a tracking number once your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Because there is a small amount of time from when you place an order to when we send your part to production, there is the option of canceling your order within that window. Funds will be sent back through your original payment method and can take a couple of business days to show up on your account. Please see LEGAL for full information on canceling an order.
Can I return my order?
Unless there was a mistake on our end, we conducted business with the term "ALL SALES ARE FINAL". We have changed that philosophy and now we will accept returns within 14 days of recipent. We stand behind our products and are confident that you will love them. Please see the "Legal" page for more information.
