All trademarks, logos, or namings of Material Speed Designs are registered to Material Speed Designs. Unless a product is specifically stated as "OEM" (original equipment manufacturer), these parts are not provided by or endorsed by any brand that you see on this site. This includes but is not limited to Ford, Audi, BMW, Mazda, etc. Material Speed Designs does not take credit for any product not trademarked by the brand.

Permission is granted to use the website for the purpose of purchasing products with Material Speed Designs. You may download and use certain portions of the website for leisure use only.
WARRANTY
Genuine products to be installed in customers vehicles are backed by a 1 year limited warranty. This limited warranty applies to physical deformation/defects. This does not apply to damage that the end user has done (accidental or otherwise).
Example:

If you are using our product and suddenly the product fails completely or wears away due to no fault of your own, we will cover our product.

If you are trying to install the product and you break a connection point which renders the product useless, we will not cover your product.
This one year limited warranty only applies to genuine products which are designated by the Material Speed Designs logo and purchasing records.
RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELATIONS
In the event that you would like to return an order, we need the customer to contact us with your name and order number to mvargas@materialspeeddesigns.com within 14 days of delivery. After the 14 day grace period we will not accept returns. Some products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this information will be on the product page under "Returns and Refund Policy". We will email you a new postage and you will recieve a refund after your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to post to your account. Material Speed Designs does not offer cancelations at this time.
